RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size.
Shopping online doesn't always work out and we understand that, so we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note (valid 12 months) on all full priced items if requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item/s must be in original condition with the tag attached, must not have been worn, washed or altered to be eligible for exchange. Our Mini And Co reserves the right to deny any item/s that are not returned in their original condition.

Item/s purchased during a site wide sale are eligible for the above.

Please note, items that have 'wear and tear' are not eligible for exchange or credit note.

Exchanges are only applicable to Australian & NZ customers.

We cannot exchange an item purchased via Afterpay.

SENDING BACK ITEMS
To arrange sending back your item/s, please get in contact with us at hello@ourminiandco.com within 7 days of receiving your goods and we will advise next steps.

Please note, Our Mini And Co is not liable for any items lost in transit returning back to us. We cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost items. We suggest using registered post with a tracking number to avoid this.

FAULTY ITEMS
Our Mini And Co strives to provide products of the highest quality. Where items do not meet this standard, we will assess accordingly and determine if replacement requires or other suitable solution.

Exchanges are of course subject to availability.

Our Mini And Co considers items to be faulty if they were received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred within 6 months of purchase.

Wear and tear is not considered as a fault.
